TESNOHLIDEK Electric Motors

Description

Description and categorization of electric motors:
An electric motor consists of a winding called a coil with insulation, a magnetic circuit (insulated plates) and then the stator and rotor parts.
The stator is the fixed part of the electric motor – it contains the winding coils
The rotor is the part of the electric motor with the magnetic circuit and shaft in the case of an electric motor with a ring armature, the rotor is also winding.
Single-phase asynchronous electric motor (1x230V)
Low-voltage asynchronous three-phase electric motor (3x400V)
The most used are the three-phase electric motors with applications in the industrial sector.

Three-phase electric motor with low voltage (LV):
We are most committed to this segment, we stock a complete range of three-phase electric motors from 0.06 KW – 400 kW for quick delivery. Higher outputs up to 1000 kW are delivered from the factory at short term. In stock we can offer variants in aluminium frame and cast iron frame, standard in voltage 230 VD/400 VY up to 3 kW, from 4 kW in voltage 400 VD/690 VY, efficiency class IE1, IE2, IE3, IE4.

In our stock or production capacities we can offer:
Standard electric motors
Three phase electric motors
Single phase electric motors
Double speed electric motors
Electric motor with brake
Electric motor with gearbox
Ring electric motor
High voltage electric motors

The most commonly used electric motor shape:
IMB3 – foot mounted (IM1001)
IMB5 – flange mounted (IM3001)
IMB14 – with flange B14 (IM3601)
IMB35 – foot flange mounting (IM2001)
IMB34 – foot flange mounting B14 (IM2101)
