The PVF series of vibrators model 135/240 with lateral flange
and with cap, and PFVC series model 135/240 with central
flange, are supplied with motor shaft projecting from both sides and
without counterweight. Electromechanics Tarcisio Pugin is able to
prepare PVF and PFVC with counterweight and counterweight
cover. These vibrators are used in screening, mass finishing, drying
and separation placed on large size circular machines.

Centrifugal force regulation
A graduated scale placed on the counterweight permits continuous regulation
without error. There is the possibility to isolate the higher counterweight
relation to the lower counterweight.

Electric motor
designed and developed respecting the technical features requested by the
heavy use of electric vibrators:

Stator designed with low loss laminations and high performance.
Winding designed to have a high torque with low heating.
Rotor designed with low loss laminations with squirrel cage.

Motor Shaft made of alloy steel resistant to high stress.
Bearing suitable to support strong dynamic loads.
Mechanical structure designed in high-tensile casting alloy or cast iron.

External finish
